About Dave

Dave has been operating as Dave's HomeCare for the last 7 years. He has also been managing rental properties for the last 20 years with sister company, VKV Properties. Dave's HomeCare specializes in finish carpentry, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and basement finishing. Priding himself on fair pricing, labor efficiency, and cleanliness during and upon completion of jobs, Dave's HomeCare gets 90% of it's business through word of mouth.

Dave has a degree in Natural Resource Management from the School of Agriculture at Kansas State University and is part of the Johnson County Landlords Association. Dave also donates on a regular basis to Habitat for Humanity. Dave prides himself in trying to keep his company “green”, by reusing as much old material, lumber, copper, etc., as possible and recycling those things we can not use.
